Tout commence en Ombrie, où TubeORIGINAL est chez lui et où la truffe est une tradition familiale : sauce aux truffes, crème de truffe blanche au Parmigiano Reggiano AOP, truffe d'été PURO. De là, la route traverse l'Italie : piment et 'nduja de Calabre, tomates séchées et olives Nocellara de Campanie, chocolat Modica IGP de Sicile, basilic génois AOP de Ligurie. Un itinéraire qui s'allonge à chaque nouvelle recette.
Chaque étape est le résultat d'un travail patient et artisanal qui commence par la recette maison, celle transmise de génération en génération, et la suit pas à pas. Nos recettes sont notre patrimoine : c'est pourquoi l'ingrédient qui donne à chaque crème son caractère est toujours à l'honneur, avec son pourcentage imprimé sur l'étiquette.

It starts in Umbria, where TubeORIGINAL is at home and where truffle runs in the family: truffle sauce, white truffle cream with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, PURO Summer Truffle. From there the road crosses Italy: chilli pepper and 'nduja from Calabria, sun-dried tomatoes and Nocellara olives from Campania, Modica PGI chocolate from Sicily, Genoese Basil PDO from Liguria. An itinerary that grows longer with every new recipe.
Each stop is the result of patient, artisanal work that begins with the home recipe, the one handed down through generations, and follows it step by step. Our recipes are our heritage: that is why the ingredient that gives each cream its character always takes pride of place, with its percentage printed on the label.
