TubeORIGINAL è un viaggio tra i sapori d'Italia, da gustare a tavola.
Si parte dall'Umbria, dove TubeORIGINAL è di casa e dove il tartufo è di famiglia: salsa al tartufo, crema di tartufo bianco con Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, PURO Tartufo Estivo. Da lì la strada attraversa l'Italia: peperoncino e 'nduja dalla Calabria, pomodori secchi e olive Nocellara dalla Campania, cioccolato di Modica IGP dalla Sicilia, basilico genovese DOP dalla Liguria. Un itinerario che si allunga ad ogni nuova ricetta.
Ogni tappa è il risultato di un lavoro paziente e artigianale che inizia dalla ricetta di casa, quella tramandata da generazioni, e la segue passo dopo passo. Le nostre ricette sono il nostro patrimonio: per questo al primo posto c'è sempre l'ingrediente che dà carattere a ogni crema, con la sua percentuale stampata in etichetta.

It starts in Umbria, where TubeORIGINAL is at home and where truffle runs in the family: truffle sauce, white truffle cream with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, PURO Summer Truffle. From there the road crosses Italy: chilli pepper and 'nduja from Calabria, sun-dried tomatoes and Nocellara olives from Campania, Modica PGI chocolate from Sicily, Genoese Basil PDO from Liguria. An itinerary that grows longer with every new recipe.
Each stop is the result of patient, artisanal work that begins with the home recipe, the one handed down through generations, and follows it step by step. Our recipes are our heritage: that is why the ingredient that gives each cream its character always takes pride of place, with its percentage printed on the label.
