Roba carina, ma tieni presente che alcuni articoli apparentemente non sono disponibili. Puoi quindi aspettare mesi senza una comunicazione chiara. Quando finalmente ho annullato il mio ordine, è iniziato il problema successivo: aspettare i miei soldi. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Inoltre, ho trovato molto poco professionale che mi sia stata inoltrata accidentalmente un'e-mail interna, in cui si discuteva letteralmente di come avrebbero potuto "tenermi felice" mentre la consegna veniva nuovamente ritardata. Ciò non mi ha dato affatto una sensazione piacevole come cliente. Per questo motivo do 2 stelle in più, semplicemente perché i prodotti sono carini. Ma secondo me il servizio e la comunicazione non valgono nemmeno 1 stella.
Leuke spullen, maar houd er rekening mee dat sommige artikelen blijkbaar niet leverbaar zijn. Vervolgens kun je maanden wachten zonder duidelijke communicatie. Toen ik uiteindelijk mijn bestelling heb geannuleerd, begon het volgende probleem: wachten op mijn geld. Tot op heden heb ik mijn terugbetaling namelijk nog steeds niet ontvangen. Daarnaast vond ik het erg onprofessioneel dat er per ongeluk een interne e-mail naar mij werd doorgestuurd, waarin letterlijk werd besproken hoe ze mij nog even “tevreden konden houden” terwijl de levering opnieuw vertraagd was. Dat gaf mij absoluut geen prettig gevoel als klant. Daarom geef ik nog 2 sterren, puur omdat de producten er leuk uitzien. Maar de service en communicatie zijn wat mij betreft nog geen 1 ster waard.

Unfortunately, there was a technical issue on the Orderchamp platform affecting your order. When several products with different delivery times were ordered together, only the delivery time of the first item was displayed in the shopping cart. This may have created an incorrect impression regarding the expected delivery date. However, we communicated the delivery times and delays known to us as transparently as possible. The cancellation and refund process for orders placed through Orderchamp is also handled by the platform rather than directly by us. We processed the cancellation accordingly, but we have no direct influence over when Orderchamp completes the refund. For this reason, we find it unfortunate that the outstanding reimbursement is being attributed entirely to our customer service. After carefully reviewing our email correspondence, we have been unable to confirm your statement that an internal email was forwarded to you in which it was discussed how to “keep you happy.” We could not find any such email or wording. This type of language does not reflect either the way we communicate with our customers or our internal standards. We always take legitimate concerns and customer dissatisfaction seriously and strive to communicate in a transparent and solution-oriented manner. At the same time, we would like to clarify that both the incorrect display of the delivery time and the processing of the refund were handled through Orderchamp.
