Todo empieza en Umbría, donde TubeORIGINAL está en casa y donde la trufa viene de familia: salsa de trufa, crema de trufa blanca con Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Trufa de Verano PURO. Desde allí, la carretera atraviesa Italia: guindilla y nduja de Calabria, tomates secos y aceitunas Nocellara de Campania, chocolate Modica IGP de Sicilia, albahaca genovesa DOP de Liguria. Un itinerario que se hace más largo con cada nueva receta.
Cada parada es fruto de un trabajo paciente y artesanal que comienza con la receta casera, transmitida de generación en generación, y la sigue paso a paso. Nuestras recetas son nuestra herencia: por eso siempre ocupa un lugar destacado el ingrediente que da carácter a cada crema, con su porcentaje impreso en la etiqueta.

It starts in Umbria, where TubeORIGINAL is at home and where truffle runs in the family: truffle sauce, white truffle cream with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, PURO Summer Truffle. From there the road crosses Italy: chilli pepper and 'nduja from Calabria, sun-dried tomatoes and Nocellara olives from Campania, Modica PGI chocolate from Sicily, Genoese Basil PDO from Liguria. An itinerary that grows longer with every new recipe.
Each stop is the result of patient, artisanal work that begins with the home recipe, the one handed down through generations, and follows it step by step. Our recipes are our heritage: that is why the ingredient that gives each cream its character always takes pride of place, with its percentage printed on the label.
