Es beginnt in Umbrien, wo TubeORIGINAL zu Hause ist und Trüffel zur Familie gehört: Trüffelsauce, weiße Trüffelcreme mit Parmigiano Reggiano gU, PURO Sommertrüffel. Von dort aus führt die Straße durch Italien: Chilischoten und Nduja aus Kalabrien, sonnengetrocknete Tomaten und Nocellara-Oliven aus Kampanien, Modica-Schokolade g.g.A. aus Sizilien, genuesisches Basilikum g.U. aus Ligurien. Eine Reiseroute, die mit jedem neuen Rezept länger wird.

From there the road crosses Italy: chilli pepper and 'nduja from Calabria, sun-dried tomatoes and Nocellara olives from Campania, Modica PGI chocolate from Sicily, Genoese Basil PDO from Liguria. An itinerary that grows longer with every new recipe.
Each stop is the result of patient, artisanal work that begins with the home recipe, the one handed down through generations, and follows it step by step. Our recipes are our heritage: that is why the ingredient that gives each cream its character always takes pride of place, with its percentage printed on the label.
