Het begint in Umbrië, waar TubeORIGINAL thuis is en waar truffel in de familie zit: truffelsaus, witte truffelcrème met Parmigiano Reggiano BOB, PURO Zomertruffel. Van daaruit doorkruist de weg Italië: chilipeper en 'nduja uit Calabrië, zongedroogde tomaten en Nocellara-olijven uit Campanië, Modica BGA-chocolade uit Sicilië, Genuese Basilicum BOB uit Ligurië. Een route die langer wordt met elk nieuw recept.
Elke stop is het resultaat van geduldig, ambachtelijk werk dat begint met het huisrecept, dat van generatie op generatie wordt doorgegeven, en dat stap voor stap volgt. Onze recepten zijn ons erfgoed: daarom staat het ingrediënt dat elke crème zijn karakter geeft altijd op de eerste plaats, met het percentage dat op het etiket staat afgedrukt.

From there the road crosses Italy: chilli pepper and 'nduja from Calabria, sun-dried tomatoes and Nocellara olives from Campania, Modica PGI chocolate from Sicily, Genoese Basil PDO from Liguria. An itinerary that grows longer with every new recipe.
Each stop is the result of patient, artisanal work that begins with the home recipe, the one handed down through generations, and follows it step by step. Our recipes are our heritage: that is why the ingredient that gives each cream its character always takes pride of place, with its percentage printed on the label.
