L’Etuverie is specialized in Organic black garlic; we transform since 2019 fresh organic garlic from Southwest of France into certified organic black garlic.
Specialized in black garlic, we offer a natural product with high quality standards thanks to our carefully selected raw material grown on the farm and by local farmers in South of France, and a rigorous production follow-up.
We have a range of 7 black garlic products certified organic for the moment: Whole head, cloves, paste, a honey, a mustard, infusions and a beer.
Black garlic brings a unique flavour to your dishes, with a slightly sweet perfume and taste, it is a natural flavour enhancer. Black garlic can also be enjoyed eaten as raw cloves.
Use pureed or thinly sliced it will complement salads, pasta dishes, fine fish and seafood. For the sweet tooth, black garlic is the ideal accompaniment to chocolate or citrus fruits.
