Specialized in black garlic, we offer a natural product with high quality standards thanks to our carefully selected raw material grown on the farm and by local farmers in South of France, and a rigorous production follow-up. We have a range of 7 black garlic products certified organic for the moment: Whole head, cloves, paste, a honey, a mustard, infusions and a beer. Black garlic brings a unique flavour to your dishes, with a slightly sweet perfume and taste, it is a natural flavour enhancer. Black garlic can also be enjoyed eaten as raw cloves. Use pureed or thinly sliced it will complement salads, pasta dishes, fine fish and seafood. For the sweet tooth, black garlic is the ideal accompaniment to chocolate or citrus fruits. The production of this natural superfood is through a unique steaming and drying process. This process enhances the natural sugars and acids found in white garlic giving it a sweet, molasses like flavour.. Black garlic is known to have exceptional nutritional properties, rich in vitamins C and B, calcium, zinc, potassium and phosphorus. It helps with cholesterol and blood pressure regulation.
