Specialized in black garlic, we offer a natural product with high quality standards thanks to our carefully selected raw material grown on the farm and by local farmers in South of France, and a rigorous production follow-up. We have a range of 7 black garlic products certified organic for the moment: Whole head, cloves, paste, a honey, a mustard, infusions and a beer. Black garlic brings a unique flavour to your dishes, with a slightly sweet perfume and taste, it is a natural flavour enhancer. Black garlic can also be enjoyed eaten as raw cloves. The production of this natural superfood is through a unique steaming and drying process.
