Sebastiaan is someone with two right hands who can turn ideas into something beautiful. He is someone who cannot sit still and is always busy. Passion for old materials and the environment were the main reasons for starting the company Ruig & Geroest. The energy he gets from it is impressive, he is passionate about what he does, and that enthusiasm is reflected in everything.
Ruig & Geroest has existed since the beginning of 2017 and has grown in a short time than just a hobby, because that is how it actually started. Being busy and working with his hands. For example, Sebastiaan made various pieces of furniture for his own home. More people noticed this and that is how the idea arose to start a webshop. One thing led to another and that is how Ruig & Geroest has grown with its own branch at the Upcycle Center in Almere.
