About Rechberger Gesellschaft
In 1885 Johann Rechberger founded the company in Linz as a trading company for porcelain and crockery. The former depot of the Linz-Budweis horse-drawn railway initially served as a storage room. In 1959, Rechberger was acquired by the Schachermayer family of entrepreneurs and gradually developed into a wholesaler operating throughout Austria.

Today Rechberger is the crockery specialist for gastronomy and trade with locations in Linz, Vienna and Innsbruck. Around 200 employees take care of customer concerns - from purchasing to marketing to order picking. 90 colleagues act as specialist consultants and are the contact persons for all questions relating to our product range.
