MORE wholesale originated from the line of thought: 'why should a Dutch florist spend so much time on his or her purchasing, while florists all over the world spend much less time on this?' Mirjam van der Meer (owner) is originally a florist. Shortly after finishing her florist / arranger studies, she ended up at the auction. She first bought on the clock and then she was an active buyer for a while for various exporters. At the time, she noticed that florists, for example in France, often within 15 hours, already had their trade purchased at the auction in the shop. That is why she and her brother Jeroen van der Meer wondered what they could do to also save the Dutch florist time. This resulted in the MORE wholesale company.
