Het Pasta Gilde

The Pasta Gilde Foundation produces quality pasta for Food Banks Netherlands and the market. It is an ANBI foundation and therefore completely non-profit. All proceeds go directly back to combating poverty through donations of pasta to the food banks. For every pack sold, we donate at least one pack to Food Banks Netherlands.

Traditionally produced and slowly dried pasta

The pasta is traditionally produced with high quality Italian Durum Semolina wheat semolina and water. This means that the dough is slowly pressed through Bronze dies, spread by hand and prepared for drying chambers. There the pasta is dried at a low temperature for a longer period of time.

This production method results in a pasta with exceptional structure by retaining fiber and consistency, full taste, high nutritional value and better digestibility. This special pasta stands out within the range on the Dutch market.
