Easily keep your catalog and inventory up-to-date

You can use many of the prebuilt integrations, ready for immediate setup. Most of the brands and retailers on Orderchamp make use of the automated product synchronisation that is provided by our ready to go integration options. Currently the prebuilt connections include Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop, Lightspeed, Channel Engine, and Channable. This list is continuously expanding, so check for updates or let us know what you would like to see next!

Connecting your system with Orderchamp is often as simple as logging into your own Shopify, Woocommerce, Lightspeed, etc. We have prepared most already for you and made all steps easy to follow. In a few clicks the connection is made and you can then select what product data it is you wish to import onto the platform.

That is no problem at all. A product is identified by its SKU. When the connection is made the system will search for matching SKUs on both platforms (in your system and on Orderchamp). When a SKU exists on both platforms it will start synchronising the data. If the SKU does not exist in Orderchamp it will create the product and sync the data. If the product exists on Orderchamp and not in your system it will do nothing, leave it, and perform no action.

We are constantly looking into integrating with other systems. If the system that you are using is not currently supported by Orderchamp, you can specify which integrations you are using in your Back-office > Settings > Additional information. Here is often only a small configuration change needed. In this case you can best check our integration statuses help centre article for more information. Here we will run through the setup and configuration, when there are no errors found we ask you to share an export of your product data with us. In the configuration of your integration app in Orderchamp you can set up the different data that is synced and imported. When the settings do not meet your current needs the integration can be uninstalled. This can be done from the Apps & Integrations menu and will not affect previously imported data. All will remain in the Back-office of your Orderchamp account.

You can switch between installed applications in the backoffice in case you want to change to a different system or prefer to use one of your other options. Do note that not all systems are optimised to use at the same time. A Channable integration for product imports can be used in combination with a FTP server for order exports, but the usage of multiple tools for the same task will result in errors.

This is currently not an option. Due to how the APIs work, the data will already be marked as sent and received when it is fetched by the first account. This will lead to errors and missing data when multiple endpoints are connected to a single platform. As an example, you can only link one Shopify account to one Orderchamp account. You can also only use a Shopify account once on Orderchamp. Within your single Orderchamp account you can import data of multiple brands and split them up over different storefronts. This only as long as all the products are taken from a single Shopify account.
