We have a transparent commission model. You’ll pay a first-order commission fee of 25% on new retailers that are acquired through the Orderchamp marketplace, after which you’ll pay only 10% on re-orders. When you onboard your own retailers and they sign up within three months, you’ll pay 0% commission on these retailers! If they are already on Orderchamp, you'll only pay 6% for operational costs; like shipping and payments.

We have a great proposition for you. If you onboard your 'own' retailers and they sign up within three months, you don’t pay any commission costs on these customers, ever. Your retailers will also receive a shopping credit voucher on us. This way, you're optimizing your costs while offering your customers additional benefits like free shipping and flexible payment terms. Take full advantage of our platform and get more orders from your existing business now! If they are already on Orderchamp, you'll only pay a discounted rate for operational costs, like shipping and payments. Example: You invite 100 retailers to Orderchamp and they are all new to the platform and sign up within three months: you will not pay any commissions on any of their orders via Orderchamp. You acquire another 100 retailers via the Orderchamp platform: you'll pay 25% commission for the first order (acquisition fee) and 10% commission on the re-orders. Assuming they will do the same amount of orders, your blended commission rate will be +/- 6-8% to manage your entire wholesale business, which compares favourably to traditional agent / distribution fees.

We have integrated a new feature in your backoffice that allows you to specify which softwares you use/require on a daily basis. This information will help us offer you new integrations in the near future.

Here’s how to use this feature:

▪️ login to your backoffice
▪️ go to Settings
▪️ click on "Additional information"
▪️ Answer the following questions:

1. Which software do you use for your B2B orders?
2. Which software do you use for your B2C orders?
3. Are you using a marketplace integration platform to integrate with different marketplaces?

▪️ Click “Update”

If you use a system which Orderchamp doesnt have an integration with already, you can built it yourself with the help of a developer. We have documentation and provide technical support every step of the way.

With our API you can build custom integrations to:

To easily keep your stock levels up-to-date, you can connect your FTP server where you keep your stock file to Orderchamp. No more manual imports or disappointed retailers due to Out of stock products!

To start you have to make sure the file with your actual inventory levels is uploaded on your FTP. In most cases this can be automated (ask your webdeveloper what the possibilities are), or you can simply upload the file yourself. Since the integration works based on the SKU so make sure to use the same SKUs in the file as they are on Orderchamp.

The integration will check hourly if the file has been modified (i.e. stock updated) and if so, it will automatically update the inventory levels in the Orderchamp back office for you.

Additionally, you can use the integration to export your orders in a CSV file to a designated directory (folder) within your FTP. This way you can easily extract the order data and use it in your fulfilment process.
