Beautiful rugs! Unfortunately, the track and trace links were incorrect. They were also 2 different links and 1 didn't even work. Very confusing. The delivery time was also completely wrong. It said from noon and they were there before 9am, so I missed the delivery person. According to the link, a note would be placed in the mailbox, but that was not the case. It turned out that it had been delivered to the neighbors, but I didn't know this! I had to ask a number of neighbors if they had a package.

I'm very sorry that the shipping costs have increased from €8 to €25 in 1.5 months!
