Hey Matteo, I can also see that the order is marked as delivered on the 28th. Sometimes there can an issues with the post service, but I am always here to help! You can always jus sent me message first and we will find a solution. 😊 I will message you right away to make sure that you got your parcel in the meantime. Often packages can be found at the post office or at a neighbors house. If the parcel is really lost we will of course take care of it and resend it. 💌
