The bathrobes are of unbelievably poor quality! I bought 6 pieces for our airbnb. But after 1 wash there were a lot of strands and loose threads in the terry cloth. I'm ashamed of my guests. Can immediately start looking for new ones. Wasted money. Looking for a new supplier again.....
In addition to the quality: contact was very difficult in the beginning and I did not really get a good answer to my questions. After I sent an angry email about this, I received a prompt response, and the order was shipped quickly (hence the 2nd star). But because of the really bad quality, I just skip it anyway..

DECEPTION ON THE MERCHANDISE!!!! THE BATHROBEES ARE PRESENTED WITH GOTS CERTIFIED FABRICS WHILE THEY ARE OEKO-TEX 100 STANDARD CERTIFIED.
Poor quality of the products received: uncut threads, threads of a different color sewn randomly on the sleeve, cutting and sewing of the fabric not straight.
Very poor communication with the DPD delivery service which does not respect the delivery instructions: DATE & HOURS OF AVAILABILITY.
My season is starting, I cannot return them BUT I'M EXPECTING A COMMERCIAL GESTURE FROM THE ONE TOWELLING BRAND: REFUND OF PART OF THE PRODUCTS, ADDITIONAL DELIVERY COSTS... as well as WHAT ODERCHAMP: HAVE ON NEXT ORDER.. .
