At Perlucine, we offer instant foaming powders that are fun and practical to use as well as more conventional formulations, all without water.
We are convinced that it is possible to do cosmetics differently. We are committed every day to reducing our ecological footprint by creating ethical and sustainable skincare products, entirely formulated, developed and manufactured in Brittany in our laboratory.
Brittany is endowed with an extraordinarily rich land and sea heritage. It is therefore quite naturally that we have chosen to draw our ingredients directly from our home, between the Côte de Jade and the Gulf of Morbihan.

Waterless cosmetics
Traditional cosmetics contain on average 80% water. At Perlucine, we have chosen to formulate our treatments without water*. This process allows us not to add preservatives to the formulas! It also saves increasingly scarce and precious water.
