Good evening.
We have askes you if you accepted a credit note for what the express courier had lost, but you told us that your accountant said it was not what you needed.
The delivery didn't go as planned not because of the express courier's job, not ours. We also included free products to apologize, but it was never enough.
We also offered to make a new delivery with a big discount, but never got any feedback
You have also placed an order with special products without even sending a small message asking for products availability.
We are still willing to close the matter.
