The delivery times are far too long. I can't say whether it's Post.nl's fault.
I've been waiting 2.5 weeks. The invoice is issued in advance; the invoice date actually has to match the delivery date.

Ook hebben wij geen invloed op de factuur. Jammer dat jullie ons hier 2 sterren voor geven zonder dat wij hier iets aan kunnen doen.

The bracelets received are not satisfactory to me, they are very small in length and I also think the size of the heart is very small, it appears larger on the site, and it fits more like a child's size, and 1 bracelet has an error, perhaps because it it is handmade, I would not order it again, especially not for that price, anja

Beste, zoals wij ook per bericht bij jullie hebben aangegeven zijn de armbandjes precies zoals de armbandjes op de foto en zijn deze geschikt voor volwassenen. Er zit een verlengketting van 5cm aan waardoor de armbandjes 5cm groter gemaakt kunnen worden. Wij hebben hier ook nooit eerder ''commentaar'' op ontvangen. Jammer dat jullie ondanks wij dit netjes hebben opgelost toch 2 sterren hebben gegeven.
