I ordered 46 knives as x-mas presents for my staff; without telling me Laguiole only sent 4, and only after my request I had to learn that these 4 were the last ones in stock - 6 days before Christmas! Even after I was asking for an urgent alternative Laguiole didn't answer. So: no recommendation!!

We are not at all satisfied with the delivery. Items were loose in the box and several items were broken or damaged.
We contacted immediately but only received the answer; “Thanks for reporting” and that's it. Contacted again to ask how it was resolved and received no response. Very unfortunate because I know from experience that this brand is of good quality, but the service is apparently worthless.
