No textile labeling and insufficient manufacturer identification on the items - a legally compliant sale of these textiles is therefore not possible within the EU... there are such "little things" as long waiting times without any notification, items being deleted from the order without comment (even though they are still available online as... “in stock”) and the delivery of items in incorrect colors are no longer of any importance.
Conclusion: stay away!

First of all, I'm really sorry to read about your feedback. We are learning and trying to improve our services and products every time.
For the delivery times, it took normally 2-3 weeks for us to ship, however you order was delayed for 5 days and we are sorry for that. We should have informed you better.
For the deletion of the items, it is our fault not to update the stocks in Orderchamp and to not inform you for the deletion. We should have communicated better to you and we deleted the items that are not in stock anymore.
Regarding the missing of washing label and material, we can assure you that normally we do have those labels in our items. I just added new operation teams and they have forgotten about this. This is our fault and I would assure you that it will never happen again in the future as normally we always comply with the EU regulations.
Lastly, you mentioned regarding the wrong colour, may I know which item are you referring to? We would be happy to send you the new ones.
