Beautiful products
Received quickly and nice quality.
Ordered more than once, satisfied. Last order less... I had received the wrong books, contact about this was difficult. KitchenTrend referred me to Ordercamp and vice versa. Long story short, I have not been able to exchange, return or anything like that. Which is a shame, since I received the wrong books... The service is a bit less...
Order placed and years later still no delivery and / or money back. Articles were always delayed (unavailable). As soon as they would be available I could expect them, but almost 3 years later still have not received anything and have not received a refund either!!! Contact is very difficult. There is no response and I am sent from pillar to post. Orderchamp says it can't do much either. Bad thing!! Do not order!!
Products were partly broken and the company just says to contact Ordercahmp, which I did,
Nice discount promotion and fast delivery.
Everything perfect.
Ordered on Friday, already delivered on Wednesday! Everything in top order.

Professional and with quality! Very pleased with the order
The products are beautiful! But the service leaves much to be desired.... We ordered in November 2020 and have only now received the order! Then put it on pre-order, which is more customer-friendly. The communication could also have been less curt and more understanding. We have lost customers this way who were waiting for it!! No, not recommended and they have lost a customer! But that probably doesn't matter to Kitchen Trend anyway....
The Flamingo lamp arrived broken, I reported it but no return? No exchanges or refunds, not even a message!
very fast delivery
