Order placed and years later still no delivery and / or money back. Articles were always delayed (unavailable). As soon as they would be available I could expect them, but almost 3 years later still have not received anything and have not received a refund either!!! Contact is very difficult. The products are beautiful!
But the service leaves much to be desired....
We ordered in November 2020 and have only now received the order! Then put it on pre-order, which is more customer-friendly. The communication could also have been less curt and more understanding. We have lost customers this way who were waiting for it!!
No, not recommended and they have lost a customer! But that probably doesn't matter to Kitchen Trend anyway....
