The Hülsenreich idea began with a large sack of chickpea flour, which Emilie ordered from the organic supplier out of curiosity. After many experiments, the idea arose to develop the perfect healthy snack from legumes.
She took Gunnar and Simon with her on this journey. The two of them were immediately enthusiastic about the idea of making more out of legumes: Proteins for snacking? Strengthen an underrepresented group of plants? Immediately the spark jumped over and they were there.
In the meantime we have chosen one of many ideas and developed a great product: Our crispy chickpeas are exactly what we dreamed of.
