I received the goods yesterday. Two test tubes are missing. And one house is shattered. Am disappointed. I would have expected more for the price.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rezension. Wir verpacken unsere Ware sicher für den Transport in Deutschland. Bei so empfindlichen Teilen wie den Glasröhrchen kann es immer mal passieren, dass trotz Luftpolsterfolie und Füllmaterial ein Schaden entsteht. Gerne können Sie uns hierzu kontaktieren und die genaue Stückzahl durchgeben. Wir werden diese dann direkt nachschicken.
Selbstverständlich nehmen wir solche Reklamationen grundsätzlich an und kümmern uns so schnell wie möglich um ihre Behebung. Ich denke eine 1-Stern-Bewertung ist aus diesem Grund nicht angebracht.
