Unfortunately far below my expectations,
Don't be fooled by the brand's photos, the bags are totally different when you receive them.
Bring equipment to work with leather...because you will need a lot of work to soften the rough texture of the bags and eliminate the pasty spots of leather glue present on the edges.

We actually DO accept returns, but do not intend to accept yours. First and foremost because you did not file a complaint within the Orderchamp timeframe and secondly because we do not think the bags are defective or misrepresented. The bags are handmade out of a natural material. The leather of newly produced bags is rigid at first and will become soft and develop a satin patina through usage.
