Masters at producing pasta, Filotea produces artisan dry egg pasta in Ancona, in the heart of the Marche region (central Italy). The company was founded with the purpose of making the finest egg pasta in the world. It currently exports in over 50 countries worldwide, being present is some of the most prestigious food halls and restaurants.
Filotea egg pasta is made according to a unique and traditional recipe, using the highest quality ingredients (durum wheat semolina, 27% eggs, 00 flour).
The pasta is slowly dried for 24 hours, at a low temperature. This patient, artisan preparation also guarantees a unique product, which is incredibly light and easy to digest, while its textured surface helps absorb sauces thus exalting the flavour of all ingredients
