Well, I rarely write anything, but here I just have to!
The products are exactly as I imagined, top quality, sent very quickly, well packaged.
However, there was a small problem with my order, a book had been mixed up, so I received the wrong one.
A response to my complaint via the seller contact at Orderchamp took place 5 minutes later! That surprised me very positively.
But not only was the customer contact exceptionally friendly, my problem was also resolved in no time to my complete satisfaction!
