Origin Our spirulina is grown in southern Finistère in the Pays Bigouden. It is dried in a dryer at low temperature (below 40°C) to preserve all its nutrients. It is produced from March to October while respecting the environment, in an unheated greenhouse. Dried spirulina can be stored for 2 years. How to consume spirulina tablets? It is recommended to consume between 3g and 6g of spirulina per day for an adult, or between 6 and 12 tablets of 500mg. If you are in good health and have a healthy and varied diet you can consume 3g/day. If you have sports performance goals, if you are tired, if you are vegetarian, or if you have deficiencies, you can increase your consumption up to 6g/day. If you are taking spirulina for the first time, gradually increase the dose over the weeks, to let your body get used to the nutrient intake. You can consume it as a treatment, or all year round. To better assimilate the nutrients from spirulina, let the tablets melt in your mouth. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to ask your doctor for advice before starting to consume spirulina.

Elle est produite de mars à octobre dans le respect de l’environnement, dans une serre non chauffée. La spiruline sèche se conserve 2 ans. Comment consommer les comprimés de spiruline ? Il est recommandé de consommer entre 3g et 6g de spiruline par jour pour un adulte, soit entre 6 et 12 comprimés de 500mg. Si vous êtes en bonne santé, et avez une alimentation saine et variée vous pouvez consommer 3g/j. Si vous avez des objectifs de performances sportives, si vous êtes fatigués, que vous êtes végétariens, ou que vous avez des carences, vous pouvez augmenter votre consommation jusqu’à 6g/j. Si vous prenez de la spiruline pour la première fois, augmenter progressivement la dose au fil des semaines, pour laisser votre organisme s’habituer à l’apport de nutriments. Vous pouvez la consommer en cure, ou toute l’année. Pour mieux assimiler les nutriments de la spiruline, laisser fondre les comprimés dans votre bouche.
