Breizh'uline is a Breton company established in the bigouden country in southern Finistère since 2019.
Matthieu produces spirulina using light and heat from the sun in a 900m² greenhouse in Plobannalec-Lesconil.
This cyanobacterium with many virtues, very rich in iron, vegetable proteins, antioxidants, vitamins… grows in the 600 m² of pond of the farm. It is produced without pesticides and quality controls are carried out regularly (bacteriology and heavy metals).
Close to nature, Breizh’uline is committed to offering biodegradable packaging and to maintaining the production site responsibly.
