Alban Bisch, passionate about gastronomy, is both an artisan and an entrepreneur. More than 10 years ago, he created the Bisch de Bruche brand, in a nod to his region, and with the desire to offer authentic gourmet creations, handcrafted with carefully selected ingredients.

Over the years, the family business has developed around demanding artisanal know-how, favoring small production, the quality of raw materials and generous recipes with refined flavors.

Today, the house offers a wide collection of specialties: soft nougats, gingerbreads exclusively with honey, creative spreads, soft marshmallows, creations based on honey and crispy meringuettes.
