About Artefact Room

Artefact Room is an independent jewellery line with sculptural pieces crafted in Copenhagen with meticulous attention to detail.
The collections are consciously designed and made by Ana Marchetanu. She's intrigued by the possibility of building tridimensional shapes and structures from unusual materials. Leather is one of those, and since 2011, she developed a personal technique in art jewellery; a contemporary approach to traditional leather crafting.
While the look of pieces in Foldings has to preserve the eeriness of the mathematical objects that inspired them, they are designed to be comfortable and versatile. For comfort, they are lightweight, especially light for their volume.
