Based in Sahorre, a small mid-mountain village, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Natural Park, I founded ABIES LAGRIMUS in 2013. Originally, I saved and relaunched the production of Fir Syrup, according to an ancestral recipe of the Pyrenees, then with a voluntary strategy of innovation, I developed an original and unique range in the world composed of a light balsamic fir cream, 2 Fir Vinegars, Fir Pepper, Floral Pearls (Rosemary, fir, Balsamic), and recently 2 Organic Fir Liqueurs from the Pyrenees (17.5 ° and 35 °).
Certified organic since 2015, we are present in 2 markets: Santé Bien Etre (pharmacies, organic stores ..) and Gastronomy (delicatessen, restaurants, caterers ..). We export to Andorra, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Czech Republic.
