We offer 12 months subscription plans with monthly or yearly billing. These contracts will be charged to your creditcard or bank account via a mandate, which you'll be able to setup through our billing system. You'll receive the invoice after you have finished the subscription setup.

This mostly depends on the limitations (brands / SKUs) and the processing fee, but we're adding many new features in the near term which allow you to choose what works best for you.

Aside from the subscription fees and order processing fees from your plan, we do not charge you any additional costs to dropship with Orderchamp.

Pricing for our subscriptions is exclusive of VAT.

We have built an automated payments and payout system for brands & retailers, so retailers will be charged automatically and brands will receive the payouts in their regular payout schedules.

Brands will ship products directly to customers, after retailers start working with them. The fees for shipping (and a potential handling fee) will be communicated via the platform, and will be included on top of the wholesale price, when a product is sold.

Shipping time varies from product to product based on the location of the brand, the brand's processing time and the delivery service used. You can find this information on the product description page.

Brands will be able to provide tracking information for packages they ship to the customers of our retailers, which will be made available to them. Retailers can notify the customer about the shipping status using this information.

The shipping costs are dependent on the shipping destination, the product and the brand. These costs are set by the brands themselves and added to the product purchase price. Brands can set a shipping price per product group per country, and a handling fee.

Brands will have the option to handle returns directly or indicate not being able to. Initially, the proposition will support only returns to retailers, where brands and retailers can decide to agree on a standalone return agreement (not handled through the Orderchamp system). In the near future, the Orderchamp platform will support end-to-end return solutions for both brands and retailers.

If a consumer has an issue with an order, they will be able to contact the retailer. Our system offers a chat tool, where retailers and brands can communicate to resolve the issue. In case of escalation, Orderchamp will monitor and try to remedy the situation.

Damages and/or warranty issues are to be picked up directly between the retailer and the brand.
