Great news, we now cover or advance your shipping fees! You can easily print labels from our backoffice. When you choose to work with your own carriers, you can use our advanced shipment calculator to determine the shipping fee per order that will be covered by us. Please note, at the moment, we do not manage stock, you will have to ship the goods yourself.

Yes! You can invite your own retailers and every retailer will benefit from our free shipping proposition. You can also print labels directly from our backoffice for your own customers and can direct them to our marketplace for quick orders. All your retailers are eligible to apply for our extended payment terms program of upto 60 days (and we’ll take care of the verification process, saving you time). Whatever the payment term, you will receive a guaranteed payout upon delivery of the goods.

No, we don’t charge any fixed license or subscription costs. We also take care of the payment fees for almost every EU payment methods. Your success is our success.

We have a transparent commission model. You’ll pay a first-order commission fee of 25% on new retailers that are acquired through the Orderchamp marketplace, after which you’ll pay only 10% on re-orders. When you onboard your own retailers and they sign up within three months, you’ll pay 0% commission on these retailers! If they are already on Orderchamp, you'll only pay a discounted rate for operational costs; like shipping and payments.

We have a great proposition for you. If you onboard your 'own' retailers and they sign up within three months, you don’t pay any commission costs on these customers, ever. Your retailers will also receive a shopping credit voucher on us. This way, you're optimizing your costs while offering your customers additional benefits like free shipping and flexible payment terms. Example: You invite 100 retailers to Orderchamp and they are all new to the platform and sign up within three months: you will not pay any commissions on any of their orders via Orderchamp. You acquire another 100 retailers via the Orderchamp platform: you'll pay 25% commission for the first order (acquisition fee) and 10% commission on the re-orders. Assuming they will do the same amount of orders, your blended commission rate will be +/- 6-8% to manage your entire wholesale business, which compares favourably to traditional agent / distribution fees.
