Purtroppo la lanterna acquistata è di colore completamente diverso rispetto alla foto. È stato deludente perché li ho acquistati appositamente per la festa della mamma. Tutto spedito e confezionato bene.
Het gekochte windlicht is helaas helemaal anders van kleur dan op de foto. Dat was wel ontgoochelend want ik kocht ze speciaal voor Moederdag. Alles wel goed verzonden en ingepakt.
Ho una brutta esperienza con questo marchio. Sono difficilmente raggiungibili e non rispondono alla chat/e-mail per domande. La sedia che avevo ordinato da loro si è rotta a metà. il telaio è rotto a metà causa ruggine. Sto cercando di contattare il marchio per segnalare questa rottura entro il periodo di garanzia, ma non rispondono affatto alle e-mail o alla chat. Orderchamp ha anche inviato un'e-mail chiedendo di contattarmi, ma non lo fanno e mi ritrovo con una sedia a metà.
I have bad experience with this brand. They are hardly reachable and do not respond to chat/email for questions. The chair I ordered from them broke in half. the frame is broken in half due to rust. I am trying to get in touch with the brand to report this breakage within the warranty period, but they do not respond to email or chat at all. Orderchamp has also sent an email asking them to contact me, but they do not do this and I am left with a chair that is in half.

Die Möbel sind leicht aufgebaut, die Outdoor Textilien lassen Wasser einfach abperlen, ohne an Geschmeidigkeit einzubüßen. Wir sind begeistert!
I vasi da fiori sono arrivati gravemente danneggiati. Nonostante l'invio delle foto, l'azienda si è rifiutata di sostituire la merce. A differenza della maggior parte delle altre aziende, anche i costi di spedizione erano molto elevati.
Die Blumentöpfe kamen schwer beschädigt an. Trotz Zusendung von Fotos hat sich die Firma geweigert die Ware zu ersetzen. Es wurden auch, im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Firmen, sehr hohe Versandkosten verrechnet.
