STUDIO ANIMAUX was created for our own needs.
A few years ago we adopted two cats from the shelter. We were of course very excited and wanted to buy all kinds of fun toys and beautiful baskets for them to make them feel at home. That enthusiasm disappeared like snow in the sun when we couldn't find any nice stuff. Searching the internet for nice toys and a somewhat nice scratching post became a tedious task, but unfortunately this was not that easy. We bought a nice basket and a blanket to store the toys in after playing, so that it was not in sight. Why is it so hard to find a beautiful and stylish basket?
We left it at that at the time, but when we adopted two dogs from Bulgaria and started looking for a nice basket that would not detract from our interior, we couldn't resist doing something about it. The STUDIO ANIMAUX brand already existed before the dogs traveled from Bulgaria to the Netherlands. STUDIO ANIMAUX was created for our own needs.
Een aantal jaar geleden adopteerden wij twee katten uit het asiel. We waren uiteraard ontzettend enthousiast en wilden allerlei leuke speeltjes en mooie mandjes voor ze kopen om ze zich thuis te laten voelen. Dat enthousiasme verdween als sneeuw voor de zon toen we eigenlijk geen mooie spullen konden vinden. Het internet afspeuren werd eerder een vervelende taak naar mooie speeltjes en een enigszins mooie krabpaal, maar helaas was dit niet zo makkelijk. We kochten een leuke mand en een deken, om de speeltjes na het spelen, in op te bergen, zodat het niet in het zicht lag. Waarom is het zo moeilijk om een mooi en stijlvol mandje te vinden?
We hebben het er destijds bij gelaten, maar toen wij twee honden adopteerden uit Bulgarije en weer op zoek gingen naar een mooie mand, die geen afbreuk aan ons interieur zou doen, konden we het niet laten om hier iets aan te doen. Het merk STUDIO ANIMAUX bestond al vóór de honden van Bulgarije naar Nederland afreisde.
