With this we are going a new way. RÜBBELBERG - egg liqueur is like homemade. The only difference is that you no longer have to make it yourself, you can buy it. Based on the classic recipe of the legendary liqueur, RÜBBELBERG is breaking new ground and refining the recipe with real organic bourbon vanilla. This is not spared, almost a whole pod of the fine spice is processed in a bottle. Due to the natural, mild sweetness of the vanilla, RÜBBELBERG can do without the high amount of sugar normally found in eggnog. To give the whole thing a touch of sun and freshness, RÜBBELBERG also contains a note of lime. RÜBBELBERG is a Berlin child through and through. However, the ingredients were deliberately selected where the best can be found based on criteria of sustainability and quality. It also looked beyond the city limits. Only high quality ingredients are processed. From organic eggs from the farm in Schleswig-Holstein to fine organic bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. A liqueur also needs alcohol, of course. Here, too, RÜBBELBERG relies on sustainably produced quality: locally produced organic grain from a north German family distillery is used.
