We do not shape and knead our dough by machine, but with our hands. With the bakeries, a craft tradition that is almost as old as human civilization is dying out. But as with other foods, the days of craftsmanship seem numbered. You can see it as a tragedy or as a symptom of an industry changing over time. We say craft instead of assembly line! Simply nibble healthy - also for four-legged friends. With us everything is made with fresh goods. We only use raw materials that are 100% food grade. No meat meal but fresh meat. We also work with fresh fruit and vegetables and not vegetable flakes.
