18 cm Bread knife - Risvig Acutus
In close collaboration with Djortsminde slaughterhouse, Risvig Acutus is developed. The blade on the knife is a special design, so that you cut and use the bread knife with full utilization of the whole magazine, and with the other functionalities of an old-fashioned bread knife. The focus was on designing a light bread knife, which at the same time ensures a really good balance, as well as is safe and well in your hand when working - as a good bread knife must feel.
The blade has an angle of 18 ° ± 2 °
In order to create the best bread knife, we have collaborated with the industrial designer Jacob Leth-Espensen, who has drawn more blade series and won several recognized design awards.
