15 cm rose fork - Risvig Acutus
New 15 cm kitchen fork that can be used with our 20 cm cooking knife as a feather set but also for everyday ordinary roast and barbecue tasks both in the kitchen as at the grill.
The designed handle and the light weight make sure that the kitchen fork is very well in the hand and also comfortable using when turning for example steaks, meatballs or the like on the forehead or at the grill.
Designed by IF and Red Dot Design, Jacob Leth-Espensen, who has also designed the rest of the acutus knife series in close cooperation with Hjortsminde slaughterhouse.
Specifications:
Stainless European steel.
Chromium / molybdenum / vanadium knife steel with a hardness on HRC56.
"Barreling" that reduces friction and maintains sharpness.
