In collaboration with Hjortsminde slaughterhouse, the Risvig Acutus knife series has been developed as a tool for home and work. The Asian herb knife is designed so that you use the entire blade, with attention to good hand feeling and easy use. The Asian herb knife is ideal for vegetables.
To ensure a progressive and organic design, we collaborated with industrial designer Jacob Leth-Espensen, who has designed several knife ranges and won several design awards.
The blade has an angle of 26° ± 2°. The knife is made of stainless European steel, chrome/molybdenum/vanadium blade meta
already with a hardness of HRC56. The "barreling" reduces friction and keeps the knife sharp. It comes in a beautiful gift box.
