We are keen to highlight the French terroir, and more precisely Breton, where Original Mate is located.
This infusion was developed exclusively with organic green mate that we import directly from Brazil and the plants and flowers sown, harvested manually and dried naturally by Frédéric and Marie, Le Clos Fleuri, near Dinan (Brittany - 22).
You will find in this infusion optimal plant quality thanks to the fine knowledge, respect and work of producers for their land and their plants!
Each infusion is designed, assembled and packaged in the Original Mate workshop in Saint-Brieuc (22).
The invigorating infusion of organic mate can be consumed at any time of the day, and ideally in the evening. Gentle infusion, without bitterness.
Our recipes are validated by Aurélia, our naturopath partner.
Tasting
Infuse around 2g of invigorating organic mate infusion, or 1 large tablespoon, for a calabash or a large mug, at 80° for at least 5 minutes.
Each infusion can be reinfused up to 3 times!
For optimal tasting, we recommend consumption in a calabash, which allows for better release of flavors.
PREPARATION TIPS:
🇦🇷 Argentinian style (with filter straw)
1. Fill a 30 cl cup or mug.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of mate.
3. Pour hot water (80° max).
4. Place your filter straw and let steep for 5 minutes or more.
Taste, then reinfuse the same dose several times!
🇫🇷 French style (like an infusion)
With a teapot/tea filter/infuser mug…
1. For 30 cl of water, add 1 tablespoon of mate.
2. Pour hot water (80° max), let it infuse for at least 5 minutes.

Cette infusion a été développée exclusivement avec le maté vert Bio que nous importons en direct producteur depuis le Brésil et les plantes et fleurs semées, récoltées manuellement et séchées naturellement par Frédéric et Marie, Le Clos Fleuri, près de Dinan (Bretagne - 22).
Vous retrouverez dans cette infusion une qualité de plante optimale grâce à la fine connaissance, au respect et au travail des producteurs pour leur terre et leurs plantes !
Chaque infusion est pensée, assemblée et conditionnée dans l'atelier d'Original Mate à Saint-Brieuc (22).
L'infusion vivifiante de maté Bio se consomme à tout moment de la journée, et idéalement en soirée. Infusion douce, sans amertume.
