This olive oil comes from Liguria and is made from the Taggiasca and Olivastro olives. The product is cold-pressed just after harvest, which ensures a refined taste.
The oil has a subtle and fruity aroma with hints of flowers, almond and hazelnut. In the mouth it is round and delicate with a light sweetness and fresh spice notes. The texture is liquid and velvety.
This product goes well with grilled fish, Mediterranean salads, steamed vegetables and fresh cheese.
