The story of Maison Navarrete begins in the summer of 2019. The two brothers, Raphaël and Yann run a delicatessen in Provence and wanted to diversify by creating their own range of biscuits. Raphaël then practiced pastry by training and testing new recipes until he found the perfect biscuit.
