About Namture
Our mission is 'creating change together'. Together we want to make a difference in the field of climate & environment by using our natural, sustainable products that would normally be burned as waste. However, 'Together' goes further than just us as Namture and the consumer. The importance of the Vietnamese population becoming aware of the impact on the climate & environment of using plastic is at least as great. By allowing the local population and factories to actively participate and inspire each other, we can make a much greater impact.
Using our products gives the local Vietnamese farmer the opportunity to generate an extra income with natural products that are normally burned as waste. We also want to support underprivileged groups in Vietnam by donating part of the turnover to a local Vietnamese organization. We are directly involved in this local organization and all activities organized with the donations.

Our core values are sustainability, transparency, reliability and commitment.
• Sustainability: We only use natural and sustainable products and implement sustainability in every aspect of our business. From picking the coconut in Vietnam to delivering the package in the Netherlands.
• Transparency: We believe it is important to be transparent about the origin of the products, local working conditions and the ultimate destination of the donations.
• Reliability: We want to be a reliable party for both local workshops and the ultimate consumer. We act accordingly by paying a fair price, being transparent throughout the entire chain and delivering a high-quality end product.
• Involvement: Due to the fact that one of our founders lives in Vietnam, we are directly involved with the local Vietnamese workshops and their employees. This also allows us to be directly involved in the donations.

Onze missie is ‘creating change together’. Samen willen wij een verschil maken op het gebied van klimaat & milieu door het gebruiken van onze natuurlijke, duurzame producten die normaal verbrand zouden worden als afval. ‘Samen’ gaat echter verder dan alleen wij als Namture en de consument. Het belang dat de Vietnamese bevolking zich bewust wordt van de impact op het klimaat & milieu door het gebruiken van plastic is minstens zo groot. Door de lokale bevolking en fabrieken actief te laten meedenken en elkaar zo te inspireren kunnen we een veel grotere impact maken.
Het gebruiken van onze producten geeft de lokale Vietnamese boer de mogelijkheid een extra inkomen te genereren met natuurproducten die normaal verbrand worden als afval. Ook willen we kansarme groepen in Vietnam ondersteunen door middel van het doneren van een gedeelte van de omzet aan een lokale, Vietnamese organisatie. Wij zijn direct betrokken bij deze lokale organisatie en alle activiteiten die met de donaties georganiseerd worden.

Onze kernwaarden zijn duurzaamheid, transparantie, betrouwbaarheid en betrokkenheid.
• Duurzaamheid: Wij maken enkel gebruik van natuurlijke en duurzame producten en voeren duurzaamheid door in elk aspect van ons bedrijf. Van het plukken van de kokosnoot in Vietnam tot aan de levering van het pakket in Nederland.
• Transparantie: Wij vinden het belangrijk om transparant te zijn over de herkomst van de producten, lokale arbeidsomstandigheden en de uiteindelijke bestemming van de donaties.
• Betrouwbaarheid: Wij willen een betrouwbare partij zijn voor zowel de lokale werkplaatsen als de uiteindelijke consument. Hier handelen wij naar door een eerlijke prijs te betalen, transparant te zijn over de hele keten en het leveren van een kwalitatief hoogstaand eindproduct.
• Betrokkenheid: Door het feit dat één van onze founders woonachtig is in Vietnam zijn wij direct betrokken bij de lokale Vietnamese werkplaatsen en haar werknemers. Ook kunnen wij hierdoor direct betrokken zijn bij de donaties.
