Meneer Koekepeer (consisting of Suzanne and Marc), founded last year, wants to inspire new and existing parents with functional and sustainable products for babies and toddlers. They make the most beautiful surprise packages, tailored to the style and needs of parents and child. They do this by asking questions such as budget, color, category and condition on their website, after which they put together a package with a personal card. Thanks to a collaboration of small creative entrepreneurs and a stock of new, handmade and even second-hand products, each surprise package is unique. If you really want to keep control, you can also opt for a composed gift package.

Mr. Koekepeer believes it is important that the environment is burdened as little as possible. As a result, they consciously opt for as little packaging material as possible, recycled packaging and no personalized gifts. Marc explains: “With a gift, we think about whether it can still be used in 20 years? We want every gift to be passed on from child to child. Our packages even contain (good) second-hand products, to show that they can still be played with.” By opting for a natural look and color tones for the gifts, the products will be less likely to get bored and be thrown away.
