About MAD LAB
MAD LAB's cookies are as independent as the team that makes up MAD LAB.
Nothing rules within the creation process except what nature provides in the neighborhood and what people do best with it. So that nothing is lost and everything is used, MAD LAB uses spent grains, the grains used for brewing beer, to make it into delicious savory cookies. By participating in a virtuous circle and fighting food waste, MAD LAB aims to contribute to change.
And because MAD LAB respects the earth that nourishes it, all cookies are available in bulk or in certified compostable packaging.
We use organic products, this was of course a minimum requirement for us. De koekjes van MAD LAB zijn net zo onafhankelijk als het team waaruit MAD LAB bestaat.
Niets regeert binnen het creatieproces behalve wat de natuur in de buurt aanlevert en wat de mens hiermee het beste doet.
