L'INDOCHINEUR

Unfortunately, 3 of my 10 products ordered were not in stock and I was not informed about this in advance. 2 articles were damaged when delivery. Unfortunately, the earrings are not made in mirror image. You also wear the same earring to each, while these should be mirrored: left and right. I am reasonably satisfied with what I have received, but maybe this time I just had no luck with my products.

Helaas waren 3 van mijn 10 bestelde producten niet voorradig en werd ik hier vooraf niet over geïnformeerd. 2 artikels waren beschadigd bij levering. Helaas zijn de oorbellen niet in spiegelbeeld gemaakt. Je draagt aan elk ook een zelfde oorbel, terwijl deze zouden moeten gespiegeld zijn: links en rechts. Ik ben redelijk tevreden met wat ik ontvangen heb, maar misschien heb ik deze keer gewoon geen geluk gehad met mijn producten.

Excellent workmanship, very beautiful and securely packaged. Simply great products, this was certainly not the last order.

Very nice jewelry made of horn, extraordinary and very well made. It is a bit problematic that so far there has been a small difference between our order and the actual stock at L'INDOCHINEUR with every order, although it appears in their shop as available. So we never really know what exactly we're getting. It's not so pleasant, especially when we order something specifically for customers or reorder something specific. Still a very personable company. We are happy to have found them at Orderchamp.

Sehr schöner Schmuck aus Horn, außergewöhnlich und sehr gut verarbeitet. Etwas problematisch ist dass es bisher bei jeder Bestellung eine kleine Differenz gab zwischen unserer Bestellung und dem tatsächlichen Lagerbestand bei L'INDOCHINEUR, obwohl es in deren Shop als lieferbar erscheint. So wissen wir nie wirklich, was genau wir bekommen. Das ist nicht so angenehm, besonders, wenn wir etwas für Kunden speziell bestellen oder etwas Bestimmtes nachbestellen. Dennoch eine sehr sympathische Firma. Wir sind froh, sie bei Orderchamp gefunden zu haben.
